I have used Vezza Development 3 times in the last 5 years for projects both big and small. Jason and his crew do excellent work and I have been very happy with the finished product. From a full house renovation that included a new kitchen to a 400 square foot glass covered deck, Vezza Development has made my home so much more comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend this contractor and his crew.

Recommended by another contractor who was too busy, Jason presented himself exactly as he turned out to be. He has high standards for his own work and prepared us for the reality of the plans we had for our 1930's house. As he warned us might happen, there was a major structural issue left by a previous owner that could only be seen once the floors were opened. He dealt with this quickly, getting in the required trades immediately, and the unexpected cost this incurred was less than I feared. Consistently, he had competent tradesmen doing work to my satisfaction with rarely a day lost to waiting for another trade. He excelled at keeping me informed what the status of my project was and where things were going next. Generally, I'm suspicious of a company with all 5 star rating. With Jason, I'd be surprised if it wasn't all 5 stars. Don't look to him for a cheap job, but I doubt he can be beat at creating great value of money.

Renovation was done under a professional management from beginning to the end. Jason has demonstrated his knowledge and qualifications on interior design and operations management to have the project completed within the the budget. Highly recommend Jason and his team to anyone who is needed for a renovation.

The Vezza team did a wonderful job completing a basement renovation for our our home. Our boys are getting older and wanted a space of their own, but we wanted to ensure it would last for years to come. From helping with the design, matterials Sourcing and Selection, to the craftsmanship and completion, we are very happy with the quality we received and the open and transparent price that we paid.
